Payment due in advance of listing and by submission deadline:
December 15 - Deadline for February - April publication
March 15 - Deadline for May - June publication
June 15 - Deadline for August - October publication
September 15 - Deadline for November - January publication
DCNT members: login in before submitting to avoid credit card charges .
