Dance Movement Analysis

The dance screening is 30 minutes in length and comprised of three components; range of motion, static and dynamic movement. This comprehensive screening will provide an overview of the dancer’s flexibility and stability capacity. Following the screening, the dancer will be provided with an individualized online program to integrate into their pre- and post-dance routine to help mitigate the risk of injury and optimize dance performance.
