We are excited to present three evenings of professional ballet and family-friendly festivities, June 21-23 at a new location: The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth. This year is our most exciting yet, because 2019 marks the 50th anniversary of Ballet Concerto. We are proud to provide our SUMMER DANCE CONCERT free of charge. JUNE 22 - 23. imPULSE dance project, Inc. PRESENTS ICONS Love dance? Love music? Love both? Then imPULSE dance project’s summer series ICONS is the show for you! In this production 6 choreographers come together to fuse modern moves with classic grooves and create dances that tell unexpected stories to music you know and love. This production contains themes of transformation to music by the soulful Aretha Franklin and ethereal Florence + Machine, themes on dreams of bigger and better to music by the classic Bing Crosby, themes on revealing your true authentic self to music by the legendary Johnny Cash, 2 different takes on women to music by the sensual Janet Jackson and down- to-earth Billy Joel, and finding comfort in your own weird skin to music by the eccentric band Queen. Bombshell Dance Project presents No Mans' Land, an evening length work featuring Bombshell Dance Project and Bombshell Dance Project's Second Company in work by artistic directors Emily Bernet and Taylor Rodman, and guest artist Stephanie Zalatel. June 25. Orchestra of New Spain PRESENTS Paris in the 20s. Choral gems from the famous French composers named by Satie le Groupe des Six, as well as works by Ravel and Debussy.
