Penny Shumway  Gene, Louise & Fred Kelly Scholarship

Penny Shumway, who is always smiling, brings her free spirit and great understanding of
rhythm to her tap dancing. Penny, at the 3rd Coast Rhythm Project, loved working with
“drastically different” tap teachers, whose tap styles range from calm and quiet to loud and
exciting. Penny flourished in the choreography class as well; Penny is excited to study
choreography and dance in college.
