Lauran Spenser  South Dallas Dance Festival Scholarship

Lauran Spencer, a bit of a feminist, with her dynamic presence keeps up
with the boys to say the least.

Lauran, who attended The Ailey School Summer Intensive has her sights set
on the Ailey/Fordham BFA program, which would not only develop technique and
performance abilities, but would also bring her closer to her culture. Lauran, in the
future, hopes to have her own company, consisting or five or six female dancers
who all have a sense of honesty and integrity in their movement.
