Matthew Roberts [17] South Dallas Dance Festival Scholarship





Matthew, a dedicated and tenacious dancer, spent this past summer in New York City attending the Parsons Dance Summer Intensive. This summer program fostered his versatility as a dancer where he further studied Contemporary, Modern, and Jazz. His favorite dancers, Baryshnikov and Gregory Hines, affirm his adaptable taste. He hopes to dance professionally with a company with a wide repertory. Matthew is also an accomplished violinist, having played for the past seven years.
