Steven Loch
Steven Loch [18]
George Skibine Memorial Scholarship
Steven attended the Helsinki International Ballet Competition inspiring him to “continue working hard to become the best dancer I can be.” Later in the summer Steven attended Pacific Northwest Ballet’s Summer Intensive, where he hopes to one day dance professionally. Steven states, “I feel my strengths are more artistic rather than technical. Movement feels extremely natural to me.” For Steven dancing is point blank who is and what he does.
Update August 2009– Steven will be in the top level of
Pacific Northwest Ballet's
professional division and has already been cast as an understudy for
Romeo & Juliet even though he's not in the company yet. He's excited!
Update 2011— Steven has been asked to join the PNB corps de ballet!
