Chamberlain Ballet is looking for an experienced, energetic dance instructor to lead our Relevé after school dance program. Relevé is one of our Arts Education outreach programs that provides free weekly dance classes to children in underserved communities.

Grand Prairie Fine Arts Academy is currently seeking a secondary dance educator for their 2026-2027 school year.
Required Qualifications
  • Holds a Texas Secondary Teaching Certification in Dance (grades 6-12)
  • 5+ years of professional dance and teaching experience
  • Choreography experience
  • Experience teaching and developing dancers of all levels (beginner-advanced)
  • Ability to teach a variety of genres (ballet, modern and jazz). Ballet is a must. Hip Hop and/or cultural dance form is a plus.
  • Knowledge beyond technique and performance (ex. Dance wellness, injury prevention, dance fitness, dance composition, and etc)
  • Great at building relationships with students
  • Team thinker in a collaborative environment
