  9 Health Guidelines  New Protocols: ACB will be implementing the following guidelines and protocols going forward to make our space as safe as possible under the current situation. We will be adjusting these as needed throughout the summer. All classes will be limited to 9 dancers and 1 teacher. All dancers and teachers will undergo a no-touch thermometer scan before class. We ask that siblings and parents wait in their car instead of the waiting area. All dancers must wash hands before and after class. Anyone entering the ACB building should wear a mask at all times. Barre spots will be marked as well as general center marks. Dancers will be reminded to keep a 6-foot distance between each other at all times. Commonly touched studio surfaces will be disinfected multiple times per day. Face Mask Requirement  Yes, unless dancers have breathing conditions such as asthma Building Occupancy by Visitors or Parents  No Changes to Guidelines  We may increase class size or ease mask protocols.

We require hand sanitizer upon entry and exit. We wipe down all surfaces such as chairs, barres, dance floors between each use. Bathrooms are being sanitized between each use. Cubbies and dressing rooms have been blocked off and are not being used at this time. Face Mask Requirement  For dancers age 11 and older and all adults Building Occupancy  Parents of children ages 7 and under are the only parents allowed to stay in the building during class time unless there is an extraordinary circumstance. Class Sizes  depends on the size of the room. Health Guidelines  Precautions Contemporary Ballet Dallas has taken which go beyond what the State of Texas is requiring: • The studios, including the ballet barres, carpets, and the dance floors have been fully sanitized, refinished and buffed; • Adult students must check-in online on the Mindbody app or the School app for all IN STUDIO and online classes prior to class time due to limited capacities of IN STUDIO classes. We will have to turn you away from attending IN STUDIO classes if we have reached IN STUDIO capacity and you show up for class not registered, so Register in advance online for IN STUDIO Adult classes! Please see below instructions for ADULT STUDENT CHECK IN. • Entering and Exiting on separate stair cases & use of one door for entry and one for exit; Student should go up the stairs by the Front door of CBD (the West front entry door and middle staircase of the complex), and go down the stairs by the East Exit Front door. This will help the flow of traffic in and out of the studio. • Hand sanitizer use upon entry is required; • Students need to remove shoes upon entry and place in plastic/reusable bag before entering carpeted area. This is to keep all common areas and studio floors clean; • Handwashing use upon entry is required; • Dressing rooms/ changing rooms are closed; please change in restroom or before you arrive; • The Lobby/ Parent Observation area is closed, only drop off and pick up only is permitted; • No students are allowed to hang out in-between classes in the lobby/ parent observation area; • Students may not arrive more than 15 minutes before their class time, and may be asked to wait outside, as needed, based upon limited business capacity numbers. • Alcohol Hand sanitizing wipes are available for student use to clean barres and equipment; • Teachers and front desk staff will be required to wear masks; • Adult students are required to wear masks; • Social Distancing of 6 ft apart should be adhered to or students must wear a mask; • 6ft apart social distancing will be marked on the floors at the ballet barres; • CBD Instructors and staff will be screened daily on their health and not permitted to return to work until the proper precautions have been followed outlined by the state; • Students will be screened upon entry and asked to leave the studio if they show signs of illness; • Children’s temperature will be taken daily upon entry; • Frequent handwashing is required of students and staff; • Staggering arrival and dismissal times of classes; • Allowing 7-10 minutes in between classes to allow for Sanitizing of the ballet barres and equipment in between classes; • Regular sanitizing and cleaning will be conducted by staff frequently of door handles and commonly used areas; • Bring your own water bottle or purchase a bottle of water at the vending machine- no community water fountains or use; • Bring a towel if laying on the floors to stretch, or wear a long sleeve T-shirt if there is floor work during class; • Class cancellation policy for Adult classes & Rental cancellation policy will be relaxed, as if you become sick, we want you to stay home; • Please adhere to any flow of traffic direction signs placed in the studio; • If you have questions please email Lindsay@schoolofcbd.com • Bags and personal items should be brought into the studio, but placed apart from others. As we cautiously reopen on a limited basis, I hope that these precautions we have taken assure you and make you feel comfortable to return to the studio for Adult classes, and later, children’s classes. Class Sizes  Classes are limited to 10-17 dancers, depending on the size of the studio. Health Guidelines  1. Dancers must be dressed ready for class with an appropriate cover-up. Dressing rooms are closed; dancers will keep their belonging in their classroom. 2. Dancers will hand sanitize and have their temperature checked upon studio entry. 3. All barres and surfaces are sanitized between classes. 4. Please use the restroom at home to avoid using studio restrooms. 5. All dancers should bring a water bottle; we have a touchless water bottle filler but water fountains are off-limits. 6. The studio has three entrances; dancers will use the entrance nearest their own classroom. Some classes will exit at the rear of the studio to avoid contact with arriving dancers. We will be taking everyone's temperature with a no contact thermometer as they enter the building. All parents & visitors are to wait in their cars during classes. Class Sizes  16 Health Guidelines  We will be assigning dressing rooms to avoid crowding and requiring students to come dressed with a simple coverup to avoid long stays in the dressing rooms. Face masks will be required for the foreseeable future anywhere in the studio space. We will be taking temperatures as the students come into the studio before they get to the dressing rooms. We will have hand sanitizer and will be wiping down or spraying any surfaces during and between classes (barres, bathrooms, water fountain, doorknobs, etc.). Face Mask Requirement  Yes Building Occupancy  Limited number of seats in the lobby. We would prefer parents drop off and pick up and only come in to register or if they need to speak to someone in person. Changes to Guidelines  No. We will rely on health authorities.

Class Sizes  6 Health Guidelines  Temperature checks are required before entering the building and students will be given hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the building. All street shoes must be removed and placed in the lobby to avoid tracking germs into the dance studio space. Masks are required to be worn at all times in the building for all ages. The lobby is currently closed for family and visitors. Students will have staggered changing times and bathroom use is limited to one student at a time. 6-foot dance squares have been marked for each dancer. 10 minute transition periods have been added between classes to reduce student overlap between classes and allow the staff to sanitize all high touch surfaces between classes.
